For you.

Psychotherapy for adults

I help adults struggling with a variety of issues including anxiety, stress, relationship challenges and life transitions, as well as those who are simply interested in self-exploration. No matter what brings you to pursue support at this time, I prioritize establishing a trusting, safe and respectful space in session and strive to help you get out of therapy whatever it is you are seeking from the experience.

My approach is individualized, thoughtful, non-judgmental and compassionate. I work primarily from a psychodynamic perspective, believing that each person’s life story affects his or her present experience, while also integrating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), humanistic, relational therapy and family systems approaches into my work, according to your particular needs. I will work with you—at your own pace—to help you identify your goals, gain a fuller understanding of yourself and remove obstacles that may stand in the way of your living a more satisfying and fulfilling life.

Finding the right fit between patient and therapist is extremely important, so I offer a free consultation to help you decide if working together feels right to you. This is also a great time to discuss any questions you may have about therapy. Please feel free to reach out to me — I look forward to hearing from you.
